Sid the Robotic Arm powered by a Raspberry Pi @sidgtl

On the final day of Computer Science Week 2013 members of the School Pi Club were introduced to Sid.

Sid is a Robotic Arm that has a Raspberry Pi for its brain. Anyone in the world can control Sid live via the web.

The aim is to see how many points you can score by dropping a ball into one of the many holes surrounding Sid.

It’s great fun….visit Sid to try for yourself

Bare Conductive Flashing Card

At last weeks School Pi Club we tried Bare Conductive paint for the first time. Using a Flashing Card Kit from CPC we worked together to create a Bare Conductive Flashing Card.
